I maximize my skills as both a licensed realtor and licensed landscape architect to provide unparalleled service to my clients in the residential and construction markets. As a lead agent for a 60 unit new construction active adult residential community,  I worked in all phases of the selling process. My goal is always to achieve focused satisfaction for my clients. Customization of the homes, graphic design for advertising and a continuous analysis of sales forecasting were conducted to build out these custom homes in a difficult economic market. This is one example of my dedication to the sales process. I hold a high level of confidence, effective interpersonal skills, and an abundance of knowledge and creativity. 

Concurrently, I spend a significant effort volunteering on the Planning and Zoning Commission. I also enjoy attending my son's basketball games as well as other local sporting events.
