For the past 29 years, I have approached my Real Estate actions with dedication to my Buyers and Sellers providing them with honest advice.  For a Buyer it’s determining the  needs and searching out properties that satisfy those needs.  And then seeing the Buyer’s reaction when they have found the House they want to call Home.  Getting the Seller to accept the Buyer’s Offer and assisting the Buyer thru the process to Closing.  Many times the Buyer becomes a Loyal friend.

The same dedication occurs when I am assisting a Seller in the Real Estate Transaction.  Many times Sellers may need to sell their Home because of a health reason, retirement and/or relocating.  Many Sellers can find this to be very stressful and want someone they can trust to help them.  In 29 years of treating people with utmost integrity, and honesty and providing information the Seller is not knowledgeable about has helped reduce the stress. Because of my experiences, my main role is helping the Sellers handle this stress.  Yes, for 29 years my list of FRIENDS has grown as a result of “Helping People Make the Right Move!”
